Keeping a pull list is free! We just require that you pick up your comics in a timely fashion (at least every couple weeks). We will make other arrangements if you need to pick up your comics less frequently.
How do I start a Pull List?
There are three ways to start a Pull List:
1. Go to www.comixology.com, sign up for an account, and select Red Sky Comics as your shop
2. Come into the store and let us know which titles you would like us to pull for you each week. Once you’ve established your account in the store, feel free to drop us an email to let us know any changes you’d like to make.
3. Turn in a Previews order form by the scheduled date due into the store.
How does the Pull List system work?
Simply log in to Comixology.com, log in, select us as your retailer, and pull your comics and series. Every Wednesday, we pull the comics you request and file them in your pull box.
How many titles do I have to subscribe to?
We have no minimums; subscribe to whatever you like. However, we prefer that, if you like to scan the racks as well, make sure to subscribe to titles that are a little out of the mainstream or that we might not normally order very heavily on. Your pre-orders will help us in deciding how to order certain books.
When do I have to make my selections?
Because of the ordering process we need to make initial orders at the end of each month for all books other than Marvel, DC, Image, and Dark Horse books. We have until 3 weeks before shipping to change orders on those. Any books ordered after these cut-off dates are not guaranteed to be pulled. We will do everything we can to keep you informed of these deadlines as they arise.
Is there a discount?
As store policy, Red Sky Comics does not discount new comics. We will be implementing a Customer Loyalty program that rewards purchases over time. The economics of selling new comics really does not allow for discounting. There is simply not a large enough profit margin to offer flat discounts and also cover our overhead. Instead of competing on price, we will work very, very hard for you to compete on selection and service. Come in and talk to us for more details...
What if there's a book I didn't order in the box?
No problem, just let us know and we will correct it. We are human and errors can happen.
What if I need to add or drop a title?
It's simple. Just let us know right away by removing the item from your pull list on comixology.com, or send us an e-mail. Please keep in mind that we order titles 2 months in advance, so we may ask you to honor the purchase of something specifically ordered for you.
Are there other benefits?
All reservists receive the Previews catalog, if they desire, at our cost, or, possibly free. Also, any limited variant covers or allocated items are always offered to reservists first and at well below current market price.
Do you ask for credit card information?
No, we do not require a credit card on file unless special arrangements have been set up. We do, however, require non-refundable deposits on special-order merchandise over $25.00.
What do I do when I want to cancel my reserve box?
Please tell us. We're human and we understand that some things in life can take precedence over comic books, like rent, car, food. We expect you to honor your commitment to purchase any titles that we are holding for you up to that point. Most importantly, let us know immediately when you need to make a change.
